We propose a world class karting facility in the Lower Mainland, offering education, opportunities, and community involvement. Our vision is to be the leading karting complex in western Canada and the USA. In collaboration with First Nations, this project is intended to foster awareness of the teachings of the land and local Indigenous communities where the complex is intended to reside.

We are going to be a premier karting facility with a membership-driven club track, hosting top-level racers and competitive national/international events. This positions us as leaders in the growing karting industry and fosters aspiring motorsport careers.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT:
Promoting Sustainability and Green Initiatives for a Thriving Karting Facility
Our facility plans to acquire a minimum of 25 acres, ideally 40+, to implement eco-friendly practices. By integrating solar power, geothermal systems, and efficient construction methods, we aim to promote sustainability and minimize environmental impact. Future transitions include electric karting, meeting BC's Green Standard to minimize environmental impact.

Our karting facility project is driven by a deep commitment to Indigenous inclusion, respect, empowerment, and the creation of meaningful opportunities. Through extensive collaboration with the First Nation, we are establishing a project that not only respects Indigenous heritage but also supports the economic growth and well-being of Indigenous communities.

We seek permission to launch a "Make a Wish" inspired charity organization, focused on giving back to youth. The vision includes providing career prep, work experience, and mentorship opportunities, igniting their potential and creating a brighter future. By establishing a dedicated charitable branch, we aim to make a positive impact within the community, promoting social responsibility and fostering growth through scholarships and support. Together, let's inspire dreams and uplift youth to new heights.

From the Land and the People
The karting facility will incorporate teachings from the land and the local First Nations through historical and cultural installations of educational information and commissioned artwork by local Coast Salish artists. Guests and members who visit the facility will have the opportunity to learn and reflect as part of the karting facility’s commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.

Dan McDermott, a 32-year veteran in business and construction, spearheads the karting facility concept, drawing from leadership, franchise development, and his Squamish ancestry to foster community connections.

Patrick Kleine, a founding partner at Estoras Corporate Acquisition Group, develops annual operating plans and budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and overseeing program delivery and quality.

Danny McDermott, former NCAA Lacrosse Team captain, brings leadership and coaching expertise to our youth programs, ensuring the growth and success of young athletes through educational and developmental training.
